The layout and furniture, but also the whole attitude of the staff conveyed a sense of comfort and relaxation. The hotel was also conveniently placed few hundred meters from different convenience stores, as well as small supermarkets. Walking to the city center, to the nearby park or to the nearest subway station or bus stop also took only about 10-15 minutes. The staff in particular was really helpful and nice, and they all spoke English, which is not a given. They were also very professional and went out of their ways to make us feel welcomed: a warm and heartfelt thank you to all the hotel staff!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Unwind Hotel and Bar, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm, friendly smiles and impeccable service. The ambiance of the hotel is truly inviting, blending modern chic with a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail in the room’s design and the stunning views from the window. One of the highlights of my stay was the bar. The selection of cocktails was extensive, and each drink was crafted to perfection. The bartenders were knowledgeable and passionate, creating a delightful experience with every sip. The relaxed atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Breakfast was another treat, offering a delicious array of options that catered to all tastes. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, it was the perfect start to the day. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. Whether you’re in town for business or pleasure, The Unwind Hotel and Bar is the ideal choice. I can’t recommend it highly enough and look forward to my next stay!

Unwind is in a great location with easy access to everything Sapporo has to offer. It's an easy walk to great restaurants, cafes, parks. We booked a Double Pendleton Room and were very happy. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast soup immensely and if you're visiting in the summer time, I highly recommend upgrading to a picnic brunch and taking your basket to Nakajima Park. The best part though is that the staff is unbelievably helpful. My husband lost his wallet while we were out on a bike ride and the staff helped us call the shops that we visited and the local police to file a report. The wallet was recovered in less than 24 hours and honestly wouldn't have been possible without the front desk's help. Will definitely return the next time we're in Sapporo!

The room was very cozy but well appointed with lots of fun design touches, housewares and local sundries. Bed is very comfortable with plenty of space. Typical Japanese-style bathroom and washroom opposite each other and separated from the main room by a sliding "barn" door. Room included a nice toaster oven which is important because it is used for part of the homemade breakfast the staff brings to your room each morning! The room also has a very nice settee and coffee table and all around very much creates a wonderful rustic ambiance despite being in the middle of busy Sapporo. Don't forget the very nice roof-top bar!

When you first walk in, you see a lovely fire and friendly staff. It had the most cozy vibe and a warm welcome. The rooms were quite spacious and the beds were very comfy. Having the free drinks happy hour was a really nice add on, the bar was fabulous. The breakfast was definitely recommended and tasty, a nice touch to toast the bread in your room. Would definitely come back here. Also I got to store my luggage which was very helpful. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

everything.. breakfast brought to the room daily was a simple but hearty soup.. can consider giving more child friendly breakfast items like milk and cereal. the rooftop bonfire marshmallow experience was lovely especially for those living in tropical climate.

The staff was warm and helpful. They speak good English. They even recommended a self-service laundry to help us save money since we’re a family of four and we stayed there for 8 days. We’re Muslim family and they went all out to prep vegetarian breakfast for us cos they don’t do halal meat. It was so thoughtful of them. Love love this place. A definite stay in Sapporo!

The breakfast was fantastic with a camping theme, there is a daily soup provided in a Stanley insulated bottle. The complimentary drip coffee was also pretty good. Parking was a breeze although it did cost around ~1,500 yen per day, which I'd say is typical in the area.

Very nice room - great aesthetic, delicious breakfast, very friendly staffs, good location - close to subway. There were many items for rental for free or for a charge during your stay, from massage gadgets, boardgames, party props and many many more. There were free wine in the early evening at their bar. I really love the fact that you can have your breakfast in your room without rushing to prepare yourself in the early morning. The french bread came with the breakfast was very delicious. (It came with an instruction note on how to reheat it with the tiny oven toaster in the room. and in just a couple minutes, the bread was like fresh out of oven - crust outside, soft inside and so sweet when chewing it).
